Who we are

Boldly Unseen is run by a sole trader trading as Boldly Unseen. Business correspondence: Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. Contact: orders@boldlyunseen.com.

What we collect and why

  • Orders: name, delivery address, email and phone to fulfil your order and meet legal record-keeping. Payment details are handled by WooPayments and never stored by us.
  • Share Your Story: your contribution, chosen display name or anonymity, optional self-description, email address, and the consent statement and time you agreed to it. Your email is never published; it is used only to discuss your contribution or act on a removal request.
  • Contact form: your message is emailed to us and not stored on the website.
  • QR scan counts: viewing a /look/ page adds one to a daily counter for that statement. No IP address, device details or cookies are stored for this.
  • Analytics and advertising: if you accept cookies in the consent banner, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure our advertising. They only run after you consent, set their own cookies, and can be turned off any time from the Cookies page. The anonymous QR scan counter above runs regardless and stores nothing about you.

How long we keep it

Order records: 6 years, to meet UK tax record-keeping duties. Real Voices contributions: until you ask us to remove them; declined or removed contributions have contact details erased after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or erasure by emailing orders@boldlyunseen.com. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Who we share it with

Fulfilment is handled by Printful, who print and post the garments. Hosting and outgoing email run through our hosting provider, IONOS. Card payments are processed by WooPayments, whose details are shown at checkout; we never see or store your card number. If you accept marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel also shares visit data with Meta to measure our advertising. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
