About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Boldly Unseen, a sole trader trading as Boldly Unseen. Business correspondence: Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU. Boldly Unseen is not VAT-registered.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling; no VAT is charged. Delivery is charged separately unless stated.

Products

Garments are printed to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and print. Size guides are provided on each product page from measurements supplied by the garment manufacturer via our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Cancellation, returns and faults

See Delivery & Returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Real Voices contributions

By submitting a contribution you confirm it is your own experience, or the experience of your child or someone you care for, shared with their agreement where they are old enough to give it; that you are 18 or over; and that you give Boldly Unseen permission to review it and, if selected, publish it with the display details you chose. Contributions are reviewed before publication and never appear automatically. You may ask us to remove your contribution at any time via the contact form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
